If you're sure you want to delete a survey (all responses will be deleted as well!), then

Go to the survey overview page.

Click on the "Trash Can" button on the far right and a warning message will be displayed.

Click "Delete" to confirm and the survey will be deleted.

You will then be returned to the survey overview page.
