SurveyRock surveys are primarily used online only for obvious reasons. However, sometimes it is helpful or even necessary to have a physical copy of your survey in hand, for example if you want to discuss the questions with colleagues at work. A paper copy of your survey could also be handed out to recipients and filled in just like a traditional non-digital survey.
To print, or export, your survey as a PDF document, please take the following steps:
- Click on the "Edit" survey button to go to the Edit Survey page.
- Click on the "Page" action dropdown menu button on the right side and then choose "Print Survey to PDF". You will be asked if you want to print the current page only or all pages. Choose one of the options and then click on "Print Survey".
- A few seconds (depending on how many pages your survey has) later your browser will ask you if you want to open or save the PDF file. You now have a copy of your survey that can be easily printed or emailed to others.
