For some surveys it is very important to find out as soon you receive a response, for others you may not expect a lot of responses and an email alert would save you from constantly checking to see if someone new responded.  Now you have one thing less to worry about.  We can automatically send you an email when someone completes your survey.  Here is how you do it:


  1. From your Survey Dashboard, click on the survey you want to create a notifier for.  This brings you to the Survey Edit page.
  2. Click on "Distribute" from the menu bar at the top of the page.  

  3. At the bottom of the page click on "Add Email Notification".

  4. A window will open up informing you that if you complete this step, you will receive an email every time someone finishes taking your survey.  If you are expecting this survey to receive thousands of responses, you may not want or need to receive an email alert.  You are also reminded of the email address that will receive the notification. 


  5. Now choose if you want to receive alerts only for specific Distributors or All Distributors. 


  6. Click "Save" at the bottom of the window.  You are returned to the Distributor page and you can see your new notifier.  If you need to make any changes, just click on the "Edit" icon on the right.  To delete the notifier, click on the "Trash Can" icon.
